The height of Caribbean Luxury

Things To Do On Land

Explore Soufriere

Experience the tropical paradise of Soufriere and visit the natural wonder of Diamond botanical gardens or be enraptured by our steaming drive-in volcano. Indulge in a revitalizing mud bath at the sulphur springs and enjoy a refreshing dip at the Toraille Waterfall. On Saturdays, experience local life at Soufriere Market and shop around for local produce and island treats.

Chocoholics Paradise

Enjoy a tree to bar experience at Hotel Chocolat and, ‘Plunge into the rainforest for a tour of the cacao groves and learn how to graft a tree before hand-crafting your very own chocolate bar. You will discover cacao cuisine, served street-food style, cocktails and more – all enjoyed looking out over a UNESCO World Heritage Site.’

Plantation Tour

Visit the Morne Coubaril Estate and experience a working plantation for yourself. Still producing cocoa, coffee and copra, as well as growing a vast selection of tropical fruits such as orange, grapefruit and lime, this plantation offers you the opportunity to step back in time as you learn about the island’s first settlers.

Adventure

Explore the island with a little excitement, on an ATV adventure, jungle biking adventure or a horse ride. If you’d like a different view of the island there’s always the zipline adventure on which eight ziplines will take you through giant banyans, coconut, plum, mango trees and a bamboo-shaded gorge.

Hiking

The verdant rainforest and mountains boast many beautiful adventures including hiking. We recommend exploring the volcanic Gros Piton standing 2,619 feet above sea level, taking a refreshing dip in the 70-foot Superman waterfall or the spectacular Tet Paul trail through the verdant farming community of Chateau Belair.
